I had initially emailed the company, asking them if they could send me pictures of the ring in natural lighting. They responded to me quickly and sent me numerous pictures at different angles so I can truly see the ring. They also accommodated me by making the ring lighter when I had asked. My husband and I are very satisfied with the ring and the company.
