Every Ringmen Jewelry ring includes a complimentary 3-month manufacturer’s warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty protects your ring against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, ensuring your ring arrives and performs exactly as intended.
If a manufacturing defect occurs within this period, our team will repair or replace the ring at no additional cost.

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use • Scratches, scuffs, or cosmetic wear over time • Lost or stolen rings • Damage caused by harsh chemicals or improper care • Alterations or repairs performed by a third party
After the manufacturer warranty period, customers may still be protected if they have added our optional Lifetime Warranty, which provides extended protection for your ring.

We at Ringmen Jewelry are dedicated to providing you with wedding bands of the highest quality, crafted to stand the test of time. As a testament to our commitment, we are pleased to offer a lifetime warranty on all Ringmen Jewelry wedding bands.
Coverage: For a one-time fee of $45 per ring, This Lifetime Warranty guarantees that your wedding ring will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. If you experience any such problems, simply reach out to us, and we will repair or replace your wedding band promptly and at no additional cost. This includes:

Material and Craftsmanship: Should your ring suffer from any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
Stone Settings: If any gemstones become loose or fall out due to defects in the setting, we will promptly repair or replace them.
Finish and Polish: We will address any issues with the ring’s finish or polish, ensuring it retains its original luster and shine.
Accidental Damage: Accidental damage, such as impact and cracked or shattered tungsten Is covered and replaced with a brand new ring.

it looks so cheep compared to the price it is. i’m so sad, especially because i customized it and can’t return it for full price, it’s very lightweight too making it feel even more cheep

Overall my experience was wonderful!!! Somehow my first order went missing in the mail...Contacted Jack and he immediately took action...in between that time I realized I had ordered the wrong size...Jack got a replacement shipment in rhe correct size out within days and it happily arrived within a few more days. My fiance and looked at hundreds of rings. He chose the Pulsar from RingMen. He liked that his ring matched the emerald ring he purchased for me. The quality is top notch. It is not too heavy and its something he will be comfortable to wear every day. The quality and wearability of the ring alone make me highly ecommend RingMen. Add the amazing customer service and I give this seller 10 out of 10. You will not be disappointed ordering from RingMen.
The reviews are great for this ring but it hasn’t been a whole month and ring is scratched up already. My husband hasn’t done anything crazy doesn’t work a construction job. It’s super scratched up as you can see. I would never order from this company again! Do not waste your money here.
