It's difficult to show in a photo or video, but the rings ordered were size 11. We had been to multiple jewelers and had our fingers sized while shopping for rings, so we know without a doubt we have a size 11. The rings slip off our fingers. They have fallen off during handwashing, and dishwashing. Yes, you may say the soap, but my last wedding band (my husband is deceased) size 11, never slipped off my hand! Is there a way of returning the for a smaller size or some type of credit. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase so far.

The ring we received looks nothing like this picture. There is a very, very thin line with very fake Crystal like diamonds in it. It looks like something a child would have and nothing like a good quality ring. I would like to know how to return it for a full refund. Thank you!
