I the ring is everything I expected. The area that can be improved on is the initial communication after the order is placed. I did not receive an acknowledgment that the order was received by your company. This led to uncertainty as to was the order received? When could I expect the order to be shipped? How would the order be shipped? I had to send an email after two days to answer my questions.
