No. Engraved rings are custom items and cannot be returned for a refund. Because they are personalized specifically for the customer, engraved rings are only eligible for exchange

A Comfort Fit ring has a slightly rounded interior edge rather than a flat interior. This design allows the ring to slide onto the finger more easily and provides a more comfortable feel for everyday wear. Comfort fit rings tend to feel slightly roomier than standard flat interior rings.

Yes. Many of our rings feature a Comfort Fit design, which is commonly used in modern wedding bands to improve comfort and wearability.

Most rings made from materials such as tungsten, titanium, ceramic, stainless steel, and Damascus steel cannot be resized due to the strength and structure of these materials. If the size is incorrect, the best solution is usually an exchange for the correct size.

Printable ring sizers can help estimate your size, but they may not always be perfectly accurate. For the best results, we recommend confirming your size with a professional jeweler.

Do your rings come with a warranty?
Yes. All rings include a 3-month manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. If your ring experiences a manufacturing issue within this period, our team will repair or replace the ring at no additional cost.
This warranty covers issues such as defects in materials, craftsmanship, or stone settings caused during manufacturing. It does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches from everyday use, lost or stolen rings, or damage caused by improper care or third-party alterations.
For extended protection, customers may also choose to add our optional Lifetime Warranty during checkout.

Yes. We offer an optional Lifetime Warranty for a one-time fee of $45 per ring. This warranty protects your ring against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers issues related to materials and craftsmanship. If a covered issue occurs, we will repair or replace the ring at no additional cost. Coverage includes:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Loose or missing stones due to setting defects
• Issues with the ring’s finish or polish caused by manufacturing defects
• Accidental damage such as impact damage or cracked / shattered tungsten rings
Each warranty covers one individual ring.

• Lost or stolen rings
• Normal wear and tear such as scratches from everyday use
