Re ring #28743 Good day, be informed that I was pleased with the ring, I found it to be so pretty and fit perfectly, but when I wore the ring for the first time I noticed a little later that day the ring was missing a piece of cubic zirconia. I was so disappointed because my husband and I were celebrating the renewal of our wedding vows. I really like it the ring and I am requesting the ring be replaced. Thank you

It took three emails requesting an update before the ring was even shipped. The website says 3 to 5 business days. Three weeks is closer to the truth.
