First ring I ordered came in and as soon as I seen it I knew it wasn’t the size I ordered. I contacted RingMen Jewelry and got an instant reply from Jack, we sent a few emails back and forth about the ring issue, he assured me it would get resolved asap once I sent back the ring. I sent it back, they verified it was in fact not the size I ordered , sent me the correct size ring, I received it today and am as happy as a clam.
