Coverage: For a one-time fee of $45 per ring, This Lifetime Warranty guarantees that your wedding ring will be free from manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. If you experience any such problems, simply reach out to us, and we will repair or replace your wedding band promptly and at no additional cost. This includes:
- 1 warranty covers one ring
- Material and Craftsmanship: Should your ring suffer from any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.
- Stone Settings: If any gemstones become loose or fall out due to defects in the setting, we will promptly repair or replace them.
- Finish and Polish: We will address any issues with the ring’s finish or polish, ensuring it retains its original luster and shine.
- Accidental Damage: Accidental damage, such as impact and cracked or shattered tungsten Is covered and replaced with a brand new ring.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Please note that our warranty does not include coverage for lost or stolen rings.

As you can see several of the stones have fallen out. This is the 3rd ring I’ve purchased for that reason. I know they aren’t real diamonds, I get that. We purchased this ring until my husband can get me “the real deal!” Later this year (in this economy we are living on a tight budget). Please RingMen add more glue or something to keep those CZ in there!!!

This ring is pretty and the shipping was very fast. I only gave 3 stars because the ring is mediocre, at best, in quality. It’s very lightweight which means the tungsten is very thin. I was pretty disappointed by that. I did purchase the lifetime warranty but it’s really not a very good warranty. These are my reasons for giving 3 stars. A mediocre review for a mediocre product.
