From the very start, *click to purchase* I realized I had purchased the wrong size, immediately sent an email explaining everything and within 24 hours they had updated my order with the correct size and had responded saying they updated it. Shipping was speedy (got it before expected date) its quality is impeccable! My HUSBAND loved the style and how comfortable it is. The ring in the photos does not look like the ring in person. Then when I try to return the item, im denied. Others complain about the same issue. Horrible customer service. Ill make sure to let everyone know on your posts.
I love it but when me and my fiance went to get his hands measure for the ringside, but it seemed like y'all ten and a half is a little small on him.But we was willing to upgrade probably next year or so.
I was very upset that I found out because the ring was already engraved I could not exchange it for a smaller size because it was too big for my fiance. I think it was false advertising not to say upfront if you have it engraved and it does not fit, you cannot return it for a different size. If I had known that from the beginning I would have just ordered the ring and had it engraved myself. I am very disappointed my fiance will not be able to wear his wedding ring because it is too big :(
I noticed the ring I ordered was missing a stone about a week after wearing it. They responded to my email immediately and sent me a new ring free of charge!! Very appreciative!! Great customer service!
Ny husband loves his new ring but it was a bit too small for his finger. I took his old ring to get sized so I went with that measurement. It was 6.5 so maybe 7 could’ve been too big. But other than that it’s a beautiful ring!

The ring is beautiful. However, it took weeks to get ahold of customer service to exchange it for a smaller size. That was not great, but the ring is worth the work.
This ring I bought for my husband is is excalty what he wanted and very nice! They even did the engraving for free. We will definitely recommend this company to our family & friends!
