*Facts about Tungsten Material:

Tungsten material is the hardest metal that's used for jewelry.
Tungsten carbide is scratch resists material. Tungsten can take
day to day beating and it can still look the same after couple years.
Please know natural tungsten color is silver grey. To add colors on top
of the metal it does go trough few plating process. Plating is very strong on
tungsten rings but we strongly recommend keeping your ring away from tough environments.

Ordered this ring for my husband as a gift. When the day came for him to open it, he loved it. After wearing it for 2 days he told me he had to take it off because it was causing his finger to break out badly. He had to stop wearing it and switched back to his old band. When I checked the email confirmation for a link to return I couldn't find it anywhere. I looked on account... orders... everywhere. I FINALLY found it listed in fine print at the bottom of the email page for return instructions. After reading it I discovered that there were different sets of instructions depending on length of time. I believe my order has passed the 14 days but under the 30 days due to me holding onto it for a bit due to it being a gift. The site says my refund would be subject to a 30% restocking fee..... almost HALF of the price i paid for the ring wouldn't be refunded to me because of restocking fee? Ive never heard of anything like this for such a small item as a RING. On top of that I would be responsible for shipping etc. Nothing mentioned about the refund of the lifetime warranty. So because I didnt give this ring to my husband immediately and discover that it would cause his skin to break out and would have to return it... I am now out over $200 because of fees ? Extremely unhappy and would like to be contacted in regard to a FULL refund for the return of this ring!

Switched my husbands Titanium band for this.. his finger immediately began to break out and become irritated. Looked into returning.. 30% restock fee deducted from the total for restocking of a small ring ? Not even worth the hassel of returning when you get half the total amount refunded. Not happy.

Ordered a ring for a Valentine's Day gift and he loves it. Came in on time and what great customer service I had. What happened was I accidentally ordered the wrong size and when I found out, I emailed the company right away, I swear within like a half hour or so Jack emailed me back saying that he has adjusted the order with the correct size. I thought it was too late and was freaking out. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a ring for a good price. The man's ring I bought was so nice and it fit so well on my man. I should have taken pictures but was awwwwing it too much. Thank you Jack for the amazing customer service and thank you Ringmen Jewelry for the fantastic looking ring.
